The role involves maintaining business capability models, defining architectural solutions, and enhancing AI literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve business capability models, value streams, and process architectures aligned with organizational strategy
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to:
Gather and validate requirements
Identify operational and experience pain points
Define architectural solutions addressing business challenges
Produce and maintain architectural artifacts including:
Business process models
Capability maps
Information models
Architecture roadmaps
Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to support future-state planning and transformation roadmaps
Ensure proper architectural governance to reduce technology sprawl and improve cost efficiency
Help internal teams leverage the full suite of available AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making
Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance AI literacy across the enterprise
Support early-adopter programs and ambassador networks to scale responsible AI adoption
Rationalizing and simplifying employee platform architecture
Driving standards adoption across architecture teams
Acting as an escalation and advisory point for architecture decisions
Supporting architecture councils and governance forums
Scaling AI adoption across teams and workflows
Supporting internal AI communities and champion networks
Identifying and activating high-value AI use cases within business processes
Qualification
Required
6โ10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, technology strategy, or related domains
Strong experience with: Capability modeling
Strong experience with: Process modeling
Strong experience with: Information architecture
Strong experience with: Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar)
Ability to translate business challenges into architectural solutions
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and workshops
Experience with AI tools, AI enablement, or AI transformation programs is a strong plus
Preferred
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across business and technology
Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex systems
Passion for emerging technologies and driving practical AI adoption
Ability to run training, demos, and structured enablement sessions
