Responsibilities
Design best-in-class law firm websites that balance:
Modern, authoritative design
High-conversion UX
Legal-industry expectations and compliance
Lead design for:
Homepages
Practice area pages
Location pages
Attorney bios
Collaborate with SEO, CRO, content, and paid media teams
Translate strategy into clear visual hierarchy and intent-driven UX
Design mobile-first experiences that convert
Help set and elevate ADTACK Creative’s design standard
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of senior-level web design experience
Proven law firm website portfolio (required)
Strong UX/UI and conversion-focused design skills
Advanced Figma proficiency
Experience designing SEO-driven site structures
Ability to think in funnels, not just pages
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Deep experience designing websites for law firms
Understands legal credibility, ethics, and conversion psychology
Can create sites that feel premium, confident, and persuasive
Preferred
Legal marketing agency experience
Personal injury or mass tort client work
CRO and heatmap testing familiarity
Accessibility-aware design
HubSpot or CRM-integrated site experience
