Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Lead

They are seeking a BCBA Lead to oversee clinical programming for clients receiving ABA treatment, provide support to teammates, and ensure clinical quality.

Responsibilities
Provide modeling, direct support, and clinical oversight of the Jumpstart curriculum
Contribute to clinical outcome information in the form of assessment and goal tracking tools, written program information, and other materials related to the program
Attend and actively participate in Jumpstart Lead meetings and other activities to develop new programs, ensure clinical quality, and support program outcomes
Maintain clinical productivity expectations by completing treatment plans, supervision, and parent training. A reduction in productivity will be given to accommodate administrative tasks related to this role
Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to Behavior Technicians (BT)
Stay current with the latest research trends in early intervention and complete a variety of clinical assessments and treatment plans following Cortica’s Whole Child Approach as well as BACB, licensing board, state and federal law, and insurance company guidelines
Administer various clinical tests, rating scales, and assessments as clinically indicated and/or required by funding source (e.g., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, FAST, VB-MAPP, PDDBI, ADOS, PSI-4, etc.)
Create, implement, oversee, and revise treatment plans reflective of Cortica’s model based on medical necessity and client progress
Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to ABA clients as well as parent training services across a variety of settings (in-home, in center, community, school, telehealth, etc.) in accordance with the client treatment plan
Provide support, supervision, and clinical oversight to Cortica teammates performing job responsibilities in a Behavior Technician capacity and ABA Asst. Supervisors, where applicable
Qualification
Required
You hold a master's or doctoral degree in a Human Services or related field
You have a current and unrestricted board certification to practice as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
You hold current and unrestricted licensure as a behavior analyst within your state of practice when required by state law
