Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential investors aligned with our industry, growth stage, and business model
Analyze financial data, market trends, and business models to support investor communications and strategic decision-making
Prepare and maintain investor decks, reports, financial summaries, and presentations for investor meetings and events
Support fundraising initiatives by assisting with financial projections, investor materials, and responding to investor due diligence requests
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, leadership, and operations teams to gather accurate and relevant information for investor communications
Act as a liaison between leadership and the investment community, translating complex financial and business concepts into clear, concise messaging
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to anticipate investor interests and concerns
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while consistently meeting deadlines
Continuously build knowledge of our industry, products, competitors, and key audiences to enhance investor relations strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Investor Relations, fundraising support, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or internet company (public or late-stage private)
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, market data, and business models
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for executives and investors
Proven experience preparing investor-facing materials such as pitch decks, reports, or briefing documents
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Self-starter mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity
Preferred
Experience with financial modeling tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRM or investor management tools is a plus
