Responsibilities
Design and develop complex SAP BODS (SAP Data Services) integration jobs
Build and maintain robust interfaces using workflows, data flows, transforms, and functions
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration solutions
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with performance and coding standards
Integrate SAP Data Services with: SAP ECC, SAP BW, Databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
Apply best practices for performance tuning and optimization of BODS jobs
Manage and deliver multiple integration interfaces concurrently
Lead and mentor onsite and offshore SAP BODS developers
Delegate tasks, review code, and enforce development standards
Own delivery timelines, quality, and technical outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BODS / SAP Data Services
Proven experience in integration and interface development
Strong background in complex job design, transformations, and workflows
Experience integrating SAP systems (ECC, BW) with relational databases
Strong SQL and performance optimization skills
Experience leading onsite and offshore technical teams
Preferred
Strong SQL and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
