Chewy is currently seeking a Chewy Vendor Account Manager to join their exciting and fast-paced team. The role focuses on building customer experiences and delivering growth through innovative offerings and best-in-class execution, owning the P&L and business strategy for key strategic brands.

Responsibilities

Have full ownership of brand sales, encompassing assortment, pricing, promotions, and brand performance
Delivers outstanding execution across vendor operations, including but not limited to item and content setup, ordering/forecasting, promotional planning, etc
Define a strategy that will build the business, deliver rapid growth, launch new products, and expand your vendor relationships
Analyze market, customer, and data insights to elevate performance and refine strategies

Required

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years comprehensive business experience in top ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or similar organizations
3+ years category or brand management experience
Strong and comprehensive business insight. Proficient in vendor management, product management, marketing, supply chain, operations, and project management
Demonstrated success building and rapidly scaling new, complex businesses at high growth rate
Proven operator, skilled in high quality go-to-market execution, with an unshakable growth mindset
Excellent communication, strategic and analytical skills
