Responsibilities

Prepares and analyzes UHealth vendor aging reports to vendor monthly statement

Reviews new vendors in the ERP system, ensuring vendor information and payment terms are correct

Works with department leaders to ensure requisitions and purchase orders are requested timely and with sufficient funds

Researches and resolves all issues related to vendor statements, overpayments, and credits. Navigates Excel - using pivot tables, v-lookup etc

Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves any discrepancies in billings and payments

Meets with vendors as needed to keep their accounts up to date

Communicates with PO owners on Change Orders Works in OnBase workflow queues cleaning up invoice discrepancies and duplications

Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets

Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships

Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure

Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
