RemX is seeking Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company. This role requires strong customer service skills and empathy, with responsibilities including handling inbound calls and addressing consumer inquiries.

Responsibilities
Inbound calls only
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
1 year of customer service experience with the same company
High School diploma
Goal-driven and detail oriented
Must be flexible with schedule
Onsite only
Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY
