Responsibilities

Prepare new quality agreements with various Client Suppliers and Clients
Update and maintain existing quality agreements
Upload quality agreement in document repository
Create client quality agreement template for alignment
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedures

Qualification

Required

Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements
Knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA and MHRA regulations and requirements
Business scientific and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced knowledge of word processing
Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers orally and in writing
Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail
BS/BA in related field
