Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals
Identify opportunities to grow revenue by introducing clients to additional services that add value to their business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow revenue
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless account management
Drive operational excellence and meet performance goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
