People & Talent Associate
Confidential is a growing, fully remote technology company seeking a People & Talent Associate to support both people operations and recruiting. This blended role focuses on execution, coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Support core HR operations including benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS data management, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance-related documentation
Assist with performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and internal programs
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support people processes
Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
Review and screen applicants across multiple roles
Conduct initial candidate screens and assess qualifications
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain recruiting data and workflows within the ATS
Support recruiting process improvements as the organization scales
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist role
2–3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, including applicant review and candidate screening
Experience working with HR systems and recruiting tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Strong communicator with sound judgment and discretion
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment
