Responsibilities

You'll own the end-to-end design process for complex product features and experiences, conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, then translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

You'll establish and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products

Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll advocate for user-centered design decisions backed by research and data

You'll also present design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams, facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required

8+ years UI/UX design experience, strong portfolio of complex digital products

Expert-level proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain scalable design systems

Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial, along with experience collaborating in agile development environments and a solid understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints
