Responsibilities
Set up and conduct tests according to test plans and procedures
Analyze test results and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing
Maintain accurate records of test results and provide reports to the engineering team
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Develop and execute test plans and procedures, documenting results and providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing and evaluation of technical products
Must have basic knowledge and be able to use Microsoft tools
Experience using ERP systems, i.e. SAP, Oracle
Must be able to work flexible over time, (as needed, could include weekends)
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools relevant to the industry
Experience with data analysis and documentation processes to ensure quality assurance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry advancements
