Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Program CNC machines, create tool paths, and simulate machining operations
Collaborate with design engineering and program management to ensure manufacturability and process alignment
Create and maintain manufacturing methods, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and labor standards in the ERP system
Design, build, and validate tooling, fixtures, gages, and custom equipment
Analyze manufacturing variances and implement corrective actions
Lead workflow and cell design initiatives focused on lean manufacturing and waste reduction
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
3D modeling experience using AutoCAD Inventor or similar required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred (or equivalent technical experience)
5+ years of CAD and CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred)
