This role is responsible for supporting and improving Quality Systems in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring accurate control of records and documentation, and supporting audit activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain continuous knowledge and application of GMP regulations
Support implementation and ongoing improvement of Quality Systems
Manage controlled records, including:
Receipt, reconciliation, scanning, verification
Record check-out/check-in
Maintenance of scanned record back-ups
Issue, track, and control documents in accordance with procedures
Manage controlled numbering issuance and tracking
Support internal and external audit activities
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Working knowledge of GMP practices and documentation standards
Experience supporting Quality Systems in regulated environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, regulated environment
