Responsibilities

Conduct tests to determine the quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products in accordance with the criteria as defined in the specifications

Testing of vehicles as well as printing parts and performing mechanical and electrical testing of finished products. Compile laboratory test data and complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including entry into SAP

Identify quality problems and escalate appropriately

Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols

Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations

Test R&D and engineering formulations as required

Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment. Perform weekly checks on scales to ensure weights are within tolerance

Maintain QC retain stock in SAP, including scrapping when required
