Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Quality Tolerance Limits (QTLs), and risk triggers across multiple clinical studies
Develop, run, and maintain robust SAS programs and macros (Base SAS, SAS SQL, Macros)
Extract, transform, and integrate data from EDC systems (e.g., RAVE) and other clinical data sources
Produce routine and ad-hoc centralized monitoring outputs, including tables, listings, data extracts, and dashboard feeds
Perform QC, validation, and troubleshooting of SAS code to ensure accurate and efficient outputs
Maintain technical documentation such as specifications, validation records, and change logs
Collaborate closely with Data Management, Central Monitoring, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations teams
Qualification
Required
Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
Relevant clinical development experience aligned to education level: PhD with 3+ years, MS with 5+ years, BA/BS with 8+ years
Advanced SAS programming experience in a clinical trials environment (hard requirement)
Hands-on experience working with large, complex clinical trial datasets
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA guidance related to clinical trials and risk-based monitoring
Preferred
Experience with RAVE EDC
Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, CDASH)
Exposure to R, Python, JavaScript, and/or clinical data visualization tools
Prior experience supporting RBQM, RBM, or centralized monitoring activities
