Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer health and welfare benefit plans, including open enrollment
Counsel employees on benefit options and resolve benefits-related issues by working with brokers and carriers
Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related concerns
Maintain and manage the HRIS system, including employee data, new hire setup, and orientations
Oversee immigration and visa programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to support leadership decision-making
Serve as the primary HR point of contact in the absence of senior HR leadership
Act as a culture carrier, promoting integrity, teamwork, excellence, and a positive work environment
Oversee payroll administration for U.S. and European employees
Ensure compliance with payroll-related tax regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements
Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Payroll
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven project management abilities with experience balancing multiple high-priority initiatives

Preferred

GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll operations, immigration processes, and employee relations strongly preferred
Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
