Sales Director
AG Foundry is a profitable, fast-growing B2B SaaS company seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales organization. This high-impact leadership role involves coaching teams, driving sales execution, and partnering with the CEO on sales strategy as the company expands into new markets.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives
Own sales execution, pipeline health, and forecasting with a data-driven approach
Drive expansion into new markets, including Illinois and Minnesota
Refine and scale a structured, consultative sales process
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on sales strategy and growth
Optimize and enforce CRM and sales tech usage (HubSpot)
Initially support select deals to deeply understand the sales motion and build team credibility
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales leadership with experience coaching high-performing sales teams
Strong background in B2B consultative sales and longer sales cycles
Proven ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and drive accountability using data
Experience shaping or executing go-to-market strategy
Comfortable leading distributed teams and scaling process
Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Preferred
Experience in K-12, energy, or Commercial/Industrial markets is a plus
