People Operations Coordinator
ServiceCore is a rapidly-growing field-service Software as a Service platform serving the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. The People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR logistics, maintaining data integrity within HR systems, and supporting employee experience and talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities
Own the Employee Lifecycle Logistics (Onboarding & Offboarding)
The 'White Glove' Welcome: Manage the end-to-end logistics for new hires, including drafting offer letters, running background checks (Checkr), coordinating equipment with IT, and ensuring the 'Welcome Kit' and swag are ready on Day 1
Smooth Exits: administer the offboarding checklist, process separation paperwork, and coordinate asset recovery, ensuring a compliant and respectful exit experience
HR Tech & Data Integrity
Maintain impeccable data accuracy within our HR tech stack (BambooHR as our source of truth, plus Lattice for performance)
Process employee changes (promotions, manager changes, compensation updates) and ensure all digital files are compliant and up to date
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new tools as we scale our tech stack in 2026
Support with payroll processing
Tier 1 Employee Support & Experience
Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1 support) for general employee questions regarding benefits, time off, and policies
Manage the internal knowledge base/resource hub, ensuring employees can 'self-serve' answers to common questions
Assist with culture initiatives, company events, and values reinforcement programs that keep our eNPS high
Manage various mailings from states for compliance in concert with our HRIS
Talent Acquisition Coordination (as needed)
Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings in BambooHR, and ensuring interviewers have the correct scorecards and materials
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in an HR, Recruiting, or Administrative coordination role
Strong written communication skills (you may be drafting company-wide announcements and emails)
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment where 'putting out fires' is sometimes part of the job
Self-starter with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
Preferred
Experience with BambooHR and/or Lattice is highly preferred
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working in HRIS systems (BambooHR experience is a huge plus) and modern collaboration tools like Slack and G-Suite
High EQ: You handle sensitive employee information with extreme confidentiality and treat every employee interaction with empathy and care
