Responsibilities

Manage project financials based on contractual developments and plant operations, together with the Project Manager ensuring the accuracy of cost and price calculations

Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy and local accounting guidelines, including responsibility for monthly revenue recognition and contractual invoicing

Prepare monthly financial forecasts and annual project financial plans

Together with the Project Manager, prepare quarterly status meetings and present project financials to management

Identify, assess, respond, monitor, report, and escalate all commercial risks and opportunities

Prepare business case calculations for proposals and change orders

Required

BA/BS Degree or higher required in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

5+ years of work experience in a selection of finance functions in the fields of performance controlling, accounting, financial audit, reporting or commercial project management

Strong skills in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP

Candidate should be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial internal customers

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required

Required amount of travel ~5%
