Responsibilities

Own end-to-end success for enterprise and mid-market marketing customers

Act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing, growth, and digital stakeholders

Educate customers on AI-powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Translate product capabilities into practical MarTech and marketing workflows

Drive adoption, outcomes, and long-term customer value

Provide clear, structured customer feedback into product and leadership

Required

1+ years in a customer-facing role within a MarTech or enterprise tech company serving marketing teams or a digital marketing or growth-focused agency

Familiarity with modern marketing workflows (e.g. SEO, content, analytics, automation, attribution, growth)

Strong communication skills and confidence educating customers

Comfort working in an early-stage environment with limited structure
