Responsibilities
Obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance from clients’ third-party entities, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and validating coverage details
Notify clients and third-party entities of certificate status, policy expirations, and provide various compliance reports
Participate in monthly/quarterly review meetings with clients, offering guidance on processes and procedures while identifying and escalating potential issues
Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and coworkers via phone and email, maintaining a strong understanding of Risk Transfer Coordinator responsibilities
Qualification
Required
