Senior Estate Planning Attorney
W3Global is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing, mission-driven practice. This fully remote role offers meaningful client work with a focus on estate planning, probate, and special needs planning, allowing attorneys to practice law without administrative burdens.

Responsibilities
Manage limited conservatorship matters, including drafting, filing, and court representation
Handle probate cases from petition through administration and hearings
Lead estate planning consultations and develop tailored strategies for families
Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Appear in virtual court for probate and conservatorship matters
Collaborate with a remote legal team to ensure smooth workflows and excellent client service
Receive training and mentorship in special needs planning, including Special Needs Trusts
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license (required)
Experience with probate and/or limited conservatorships
Comfortable and confident appearing in virtual court
Strong drafting, communication, and research skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a remote team
Compassionate, client-centered mindset with strong professionalism
Interest in growing your skills in special needs and disability planning
