Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a customer-first mindset
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD user access
Install, configure, and patch operating systems and applications
Support security updates and endpoint management
Implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work
Participate in IT projects and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
3+ years of desktop hardware and software support experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
Familiarity with tools like PowerShell, MECM, and remote support platforms
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
A collaborative, service-oriented approach and desire to continuously learn
