Responsibilities
Perform biological and microbiological testing to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and biosafety
Develop, validate, transfer, and improve biological test methods; maintaining lab cleanliness, equipment, and documentation; training analysts
Coordinate with contract labs and cross-functional teams; investigating out-of-specification or contamination events; and supporting audits and regulatory submissions
Routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, environmental samples, and finished products, as well as data review, trending, and technical reporting
Qualification
Required
Perform biological and microbiological testing to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and biosafety
Develop, validate, transfer, and improve biological test methods; maintaining lab cleanliness, equipment, and documentation; training analysts
Coordinate with contract labs and cross-functional teams; investigating out-of-specification or contamination events; and supporting audits and regulatory submissions
Routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, environmental samples, and finished products, as well as data review, trending, and technical reporting
Experience with biological/microbiological assays (e.g., microbial limits, endotoxin, PCR, ELISA)
Knowledge of biosafety, GMP, and regulatory requirements
Preferred
Science degree preferred, with emphasis in Biology or Microbiology
