Confidential is a well-established, high-volume catering and events company in the Greater Boston area seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing Content & Proposal Design Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing proposals visually and managing content strategy across email marketing and social media platforms to support sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Receive completed proposals from the sales team and:

Apply clean, stylish layouts

Insert photos, graphics, and branding elements

Ensure consistency, clarity, and premium presentation

Maintain proposal templates, branded layouts, and visual standards

Organize and manage proposal assets (photos, logos, venue images, layouts)

Turn proposals around quickly and accurately while maintaining quality

Develop and manage a content strategy and posting schedule

Create, schedule, and post content across:

Instagram

Facebook

Email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)

Additional platforms as appropriate (LinkedIn, etc.)

Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and event-driven content

Repurpose event photos and videos into engaging posts and email content

Monitor engagement and assist with light performance tracking

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Culinary teams

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Assist in organizing digital marketing assets and templates
