Responsibilities
Envision, create and manage a strategically prioritized product roadmap
Partner with marketing, design, analytics and cross-funcational teams to gather holistic requirements and shape product strategy
Lead product development with engineering scrum team, define clear priorities and driving agile ceremonies and documentation
Partner with design and research partners to build experiences that are grounded in customer insights
Create product performance measurement framework, define KPIs, and track outcomes to inform future enhancements
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for customer research and UX/UI innovation in partnership with Enterprise Design and Research
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in product development environment
Proven track record of shaping the product vision, strategy and delivering impactful digital capabilities
Ability to navigate complex technological ecosystems with advanced problem-solving skills
Highly collaborative team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire partners
Thought leader with experience in managing senior leaders
Preferred
Subject matter expertise in email coding and data driven content
Experience leveraging data, AI, UI and UX skills to drive product strategy and tech development
