Responsibilities
Perform occupancy planning and analysis to optimize space utilization and real estate strategies
Manage and execute move management projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed space plans and test fits
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized real estate solutions
Implement change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition during space reconfigurations
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess occupancy and space utilization
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in occupancy planning and real estate management
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate occupancy-related projects and tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupancy planning, space planning, or real estate consulting
Proficiency in CAD software and space planning tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving occupancy-related issues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to real estate and occupancy planning
