Mid, Senior LevelVantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Recruiting Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Preboarding and Onboarding solutions. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, hands-on configuration, testing support, and cutover execution, while collaborating closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end onboarding solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and implement Preboarding Journeys within Oracle HCM Recruiting
Perform hands-on configuration and provide guidance to junior team members
Lead defect management and resolution activities during SIT, UAT, and other test cycles
Collaborate with clients on the overall onboarding solution, including integrations, reports, and downstream dependencies
Work closely with internal teams on Fast Formula development, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies
Oversee and execute cutover and go-live activities for the onboarding workstream
Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations across Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules
Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Recruiting Functional Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with Preboarding and Onboarding Journeys
Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Cloud implementations
Solid understanding of testing cycles, defect tracking, and resolution
Exposure to Fast Formula, integrations (OIC/APIs), and reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with both client stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred
Experience leading or supporting end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with cutover planning and execution for HCM go-lives
