Responsibilities
Engineer I: A great starting point for recent grads or career changers with foundational coding skills, looking to grow through hands-on learning and mentorship
Engineer II: Ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience who can independently contribute to system design, testing, and Agile delivery while mentoring junior peers
Engineer III: A leadership role for experienced software engineers (5+ years) who solve complex challenges, drive technical strategy, mentor others, and help shape our modern DevOps and Agile culture
You'll work on collaborative, cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using modern tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices
Qualification
Required
Foundational coding skills for Engineer I
2+ years of experience for Engineer II
5+ years of experience for Engineer III
Ability to independently contribute to system design, testing, and Agile delivery for Engineer II
Ability to mentor junior peers for Engineer II
Ability to solve complex challenges for Engineer III
Ability to drive technical strategy for Engineer III
Ability to mentor others for Engineer III
Experience with modern tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices
