Responsibilities
Design, code, and ship high-quality software using Angular, Java, and AWS services (RDS, Elastic Search, Redis, MongoDB, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.)
Lead and mentor developers, fostering growth and technical excellence
Drive Agile practices and modern delivery pipelines for high-availability platforms
Collaborate across teams to plan releases, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
Respond to production incidents and provide technical resolutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of software development management experience
Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Java, and AWS
Background in container orchestration and deployment
Proven ability to lead technical teams and conduct code reviews
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Preferred
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Familiarity with serverless orchestration patterns and observability tools
Agile certifications and global team experience
