Required

1–3+ years of inside sales, phone sales, or consultative selling experience
Strong closing skills and a persuasive communication style
Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

Experience in solar or home improvement sales is a plus (not required)
