Responsibilities
Assist with specific client needs including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and responding to emails, as needed
Attend client meetings and take notes on discussion points and follow-up
Following any client meetings, preparing paperwork as recommended by advisor
Manage follow-up on submitted items, including new accounts/policies, maintenance requests to confirm completion and accuracy
Maintain compliance logs and records
Perform other duties as assigned based on needs of the business
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years Operations experience, or similar employment history
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe products
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Superior relationship management skills
A genuine interest in serving and caring for clients
Positive & upbeat attitude, especially for client-facing interactions
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
Solution-oriented, success-driven mindset
