Responsibilities
Execute processes and perform characterization on quantum dot films, assemblies, and optical components to further the development of record-breaking color conversion technology
Utilize and maintain process and related equipment to ensure smooth operation of the Process Lab
Contribute to data analysis and presentation, supporting process understanding and design decisions
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills, including cross-group and cross-cultural collaboration
Associate's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields, and 5+ years of experience in optoelectronic and/or semiconductor device and materials testing (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work independently during the morning shift – 7 AM -3 PM
Preferred
Extensive experience with dispensing, coating, patterning, curing, adhesion, rheology, and general manipulation of colloidal solutions to create high-performance and high-yielding device structures
A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and contribute to the characterization, process understanding, and failure analysis
Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and communication with process and design team members
