Responsibilities

Support product launches—build new feature demos, collateral, and training materials for Polaris to enable marketing and sales

Craft powerful product stories that differentiate Polaris in a competitive market

Enable sales success by creating tools, presentations, demos, and competitive battle cards that win deals

Drive awareness through blogs, web content, datasheets, videos, and whitepapers that showcase our leadership

Be the voice of the market—analyze technology trends, understand buyer needs, and translate insights into compelling narratives

Engage with customers and partners to deepen understanding and refine positioning

Know the competition—identify Black Duck differentiators to win and keep us ahead

Qualification

Required

3+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, product management, sales engineering or related roles in B2B software (SaaS experience preferred)

Passion for software development and security, with familiarity in AI-powered development, Open Source, DevOps, SaaS, and application security

Strong communication skills—able to turn technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences

Proven ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and work collaboratively

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Some travel (~ 10%) required

Preferred

BS/BA in a technical field preferred; MBA a plus
