Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting NSF or a similar U.S. Government agency

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting NSF, a science agency, or another U.S. Government department

Strong writing, editing, and document production skills

Experience supporting senior executives or leadership offices

Familiarity with federal protocols, tone, and review processes

Minimum 8 years of professional experience working on sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender-based violence, or misconduct prevention and response programs within NSF or similar U.S. Government agencies

Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches, confidentiality, and survivor-centered principles

Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

Professional judgment and comfort handling sensitive information

Prior experience supporting NSF or another U.S. Government agency

Minimum 8 years of professional experience developing communication strategies and products for science-focused organizations

Experience evaluating and refining communications campaigns using audience feedback and performance measures

Experience with digital analytics, metrics, and performance reporting for strategic communication initiatives

Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for senior audiences

Background in communications, public affairs, policy, or program analytics
