Structure Deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
Maintain good lender relations
Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal
Disclose financial information to customers
Sell insurance, service, and protection products
Maintains clean contracts in transit log
Never intentionally misrepresents a deal
Qualification
Required
Bilingual
Prior automotive finance role experience
Professional and positive 'team player' attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Drive to set targeted personal monthly goals consistent with our standards of productivity
Valid Florida driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record
