Executive Meeting Manager
Immedia at NextSpace is redefining how leaders connect and collaborate, and they are seeking a strategic Executive Meetings Manager to drive revenue and cultivate high-level client relationships. This role focuses on delivering exceptional meeting and event experiences while positioning NextSpace as the preferred venue for executive gatherings.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Grow market share through a balanced approach of internal and external sales efforts
Research demand generators and emerging market opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing accounts and win competitive business
Plan, upsell, and meticulously detail meetings and events, including layouts, menus, AV, agendas, and catering
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams
Deliver a polished, responsive, and elevated client experience from start to finish
Build and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate leaders, and community influencers
Represent NextSpace at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Conduct site inspections and presentations that showcase NextSpace’s unique value
Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote NextSpace and identify opportunity accounts
Actively market to in-house guests and existing clients to uncover new business
