Sr. Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Expertise in SiPh, RFSOI or BCD technologies, including key applications and market trends
Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear value propositions
Experience managing product lifecycle from concept to launch
Partner with sales to grow the foundry design-win pipeline and drive revenue
Develop differentiated messaging and identify new market opportunities
Execute marketing activities and create impactful presentations for UMC solutions
Understand the competitive landscape and address market gaps
Lead business case development to support UMC growth objectives
Represent UMC at industry events
Flexible hours for coordination with Asia teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA required
Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle
Experience in media relations and issues management
Skilled in developing communications plans and materials
Collaborative team player, comfortable with global teams and cultures
Proactive, adaptable, and takes ownership in dynamic settings
Strong oral, written, analytical, and presentation skills
Willing to travel 25% - 40%
Onsite position; no remote work
Preferred
Mandarin proficiency a plus
