Mid LevelHD Hyundai Construction Equipment is seeking an Internal Control Specialist who will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and strengthening internal control systems within the company's construction equipment operations. This role will ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational efficiency while leading audit preparation activities.

Responsibilities
Assess existing internal control frameworks and identify gaps or process weaknesses
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies related to all company operations in equipment sales, service, procurement, parts, etc
Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Conduct periodic internal control testing and walkthroughs
Review end-to-end operational processes belonging to financial impact, including equipment lifecycle, service work orders, logistics, inventory procurement
Analyze workflows to detect inefficiencies, risk exposures, or opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with department heads(Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, Logistics) to standardize procedures
Lead and coordinate internal control audit preparation activities for HQ and external auditors
Prepare audit packages, supporting documents, sample selections, reconciliations, and control evidence from the related departments
Serve as the key point of contact for HQ and auditors during audit planning, fieldwork, and follow-up
Facilitate audit walkthroughs, interviews, and clarification requests
Ensure timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries from HQ and external auditors
Track and support the remediation of all audit findings, ensuring effective closure
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Korean & English
Experience in evaluating, designing, and strengthening internal control systems
Knowledge of corporate policies, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and risk mitigation
Experience in audit preparation and response
Ability to assess existing internal control frameworks and identify gaps or process weaknesses
Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control policies
Knowledge of compliance with corporate guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Experience in conducting periodic internal control testing and walkthroughs
Ability to review end-to-end operational processes with financial impact
Experience in analyzing workflows to detect inefficiencies, risk exposures, or opportunities for improvement
Ability to collaborate with department heads to standardize procedures
