Business Development Manager(Mandarin Required)

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the U.S., focusing on building client relationships and achieving sales targets while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned region
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
Independently manage sales pipelines and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including hotel owners, purchasing groups, procurement agencies, and design firms
Serve as the primary contact for regional clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely support
Conduct remote communication and virtual presentations tailored to customer needs
Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise-level hospitality clients across the U.S
Develop leads through digital tools, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to drive profitability and long-term cooperation
Coordinate closely with China-based sales support, project management, design, and manufacturing teams
Share market feedback and client requirements to inform product development and sales strategy
Stay informed on new product launches and company initiatives to effectively represent offerings
Gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and market trends
Track competitor capabilities and pricing to inform strategic positioning
Provide recommendations to leadership on improving product, service delivery, and market fit
Execute regional pricing and promotional policies set by headquarters
Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend adjustments to remain competitive
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on revenue pipelines, forecasted business, and market conditions
Track performance metrics against goals and adjust strategies as needed
Qualification
Required
Mandarin proficiency is required
Minimum 6 month business development or regional sales experience
Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication required
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable communicating with clients remotely (phone, email, Google Meet/Zoom/Teams)
Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred
Proven success closing deals in hospitality, commercial furniture, FF&E, design/build, or related industry preferred
Background working with hotels, resorts, property developers, or procurement agencies is a plus
Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience valued more
