Robert Half is seeking an investment associate to join their multifamily investments team. This role involves analysis, underwriting, and overseeing due diligence for development and acquisition pipeline, as well as providing strategic analysis on the existing real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

Source and underwrite new investment opportunities, including development of comprehensive cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis and valuation models

Research and evaluate various commercial real estate markets, identify trends, and apply data analysis to new investment theses

Prepare deal underwriting presentations that effectively communicate the financial merits of investment opportunities

Review property operating statements and prepare internal reporting

Review and analyze annual budgets and business plans

Formulate well-structured written analyses and present informed recommendations to senior management

Assist in the oversight of closing activities including evaluation of closing diligence and legal negotiations

Collaborate on diverse initiatives to bolster the company's investment and asset management endeavors

Required

Minimum of 1+ years' experience in an analytical role within commercial real estate

Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative field with a highly competitive GPA

Preferred

Experience in PowerBI and/or proficiency using Copilot and other AI tools considered a plus
