Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide and inspire effective campaigns
Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to maintain and evolve cohesive brand identity and visual storytelling
Skilled in Graphic Design to provide input on visuals and ensure high-quality deliverables
Leadership skills to manage and inspire creative teams effectively
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with relevant design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a creative or marketing-focused industry
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
