Business Development Manager (Account Manager) - IT Staffing Solutions

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your target account/s to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the account/s, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
Collaborate with internal teams, including the delivery team, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's goals and objectives
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers to qualified candidates
Building and maintaining relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events
Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and potentially VMS systems
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of proven success in IT Staffing Sales with a top industry competitor required
Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
High volume client activity, 15+ meetings a week
Passionate for providing top notch 'Client Experience'
Preferred
Prior IT Recruiting experience preferred
Experience selling managed service solutions and managing executive level relationships
Experience with MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners preferred
