Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to claims, eligibility & benefits, and provider inquiries
Assist with claim status, reprocessing, billing questions, and EOB requests
Support provider contract and demographic update requests
Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
Use multiple systems to ensure accurate information and first-call resolution
Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
Qualification
Required
Customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a structured, queue-based environment
Strong computer, typing, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree required
Strong attendance and reliability are essential
Preferred
Claims, billing, or provider services experience is a plus
