Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for multiple EPC solar projects
Mentor and manage EPC Project Managers and supporting staff
Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases
Ensure budget adherence, cost forecasting, and financial health reporting
Oversee procurement and subcontracting, ensuring timely execution and mobilization
Maintain project schedules, production tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contract documents and manage formal notices/change orders
Act as primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder engagement
Drive continuous improvement in QA/QC, safety, and project delivery performance

Required

5+ years of EPC-level solar project management experience
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Deep understanding of utility-scale solar construction and EPC processes
Ability to travel as needed; open to relocation

Preferred

PMP certification preferred; OSHA 30 a plus
Familiarity with major EPC contractors and renewable energy best practices
