Responsibilities

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system records
Identify and investigate variances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
Track and report inventory metrics, including stock accuracy, turnover rates, and shrinkage
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages
Manage the disposition of obsolete or excess materials in accordance with company policy
Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions in the ERP system
Collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to enhance inventory tracking tools and workflows
Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all inventory activities
Participate in cross-functional meetings to review inventory performance and resolve issues
Assist with training team members on inventory procedures and best practices

Required

At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, materials coordination, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software; strong Excel skills required

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
