Responsibilities
Completing the final assembly, tuning, and adjustment of a full spectrum of bikes
Troubleshooting and updating e-bike systems and software
Stepping in wherever needed to help us meet our goals and deliver outstanding service
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience assembling a wide range of bikes—from kids' bikes to top-of-the-line mountain, road, and e-bikes
A self-starter mentality with a passion for teamwork and a positive attitude that lifts up those around you
A dedication to delivering awesome hospitality—listening, caring, and always being ready to help, no matter how busy the day gets
An eye for detail and a love for finding solutions—whether it's troubleshooting or fine-tuning a bike until it's perfect
A hunger to keep learning, growing your skills, and staying up to date on the latest technologies and service techniques
Bike shop or bike assembly experience
