Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements for automation projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational goals
Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization, including upper management and business line partners
Prepare templates, use cases, and process diagrams; organize and document handoffs between teams
Champion change management and adoption of automation solutions
Manage multiple products simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of requirements to keep development teams engaged
Partner with development teams to clarify requirements and manage delivery timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication
Business analysis experience; familiarity with technology product lifecycle
Analytical mindset; inquisitive and curious approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus
Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
CBAP, CCBA, or RPA-related certifications
Experience in financial services or operations environments
Basic knowledge of API integrations and data visualization
Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Effective leadership and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of a business line or function area
